37 appears to put you in the range of being undoubleable unless it is a souped up Lon"qu or Ayra. If you are wanting your unit to double nearly everyone then I agree with Draven.

A minimum of 38 rate seems to be fine in my opinion. There"s no point trying to save up through Ayra bereason she was made uber solid for no apparent reason, so trying to surpass her in regards to speed is a wasted initiative.
Depends. If you desire to stop the majority of doubles, 36-37 is good. If you desire to double the majority of systems, 40 is an excellent founding suggest. But if you want to double 90% of the moment or use flashing blade, tright here is no such thing as too a lot rate, that’s why my Ayra starts at 47 speed and hits 51 through swift sparrow
With "to keep up with" you suppose that most of the adversary devices won"t double you?If its that, then I would certainly say 40.

What I think :below 30 - slow AF30 ~ 33 - meh, not that good34 ~ 36 - respectable / decent37 ~ 39 - great40 - exceptionally great, fast offensive devices need to be at leastern at this level41 ~ 47 - excellent47 ~ 50 (this exists) - perfectover 50 - kinda usemuch less ? why using Speed boon, speed seal, Life n Death etc on Mia ??
In my opinion, it counts. For player phase, more than likely over 40 to secure the doubles. For high defense/resistance opponent phase units, in my opinion it doesn"t matter, because it does not issue if they double you if you don"t gain damaged anymeans, which is the situation with practically all armored units, however for well balanced stat spreads who wants to prevent doubles, 35 would be the finest bet.
